I concur entirely. Merely to emphasize a fact critical to our decision on the riparian rights, I quote a sentence in the Benjamins' own statement of facts: "There is no land abutting Gulf Drive on the opposite side of the street from the lands owned by the Benjamins, the street being bounded on the opposite side by a navigable body of water called Terry Cove. . . ."
