## Opinion text

We concur in that part of the opinion upholding the trial court's action dismissing the plaintiff's claim against West Point-Pepperell. We dissent from that part reversing the trial court's action in dismissing the co-employee action. See our dissents in Fireman's Fund American Insurance Company v. Coleman , 394 So.2d 334 (Ala. 1980).
