Judge Brobson concurs in the result only.
ORDER
AND NOW, this 5th day of January, 2018, for the reasons stated in the foregoing opinion, the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board is AFFIRMED with the modification that Petitioner’s weekly workers’ compensation benefit rate is modified from $396.63 to $404.30, retroactive to April 28, 2013.
