DUARTE, J.,
Concurring.—I concur in the judgment. I concur in the opinion, except part I.B.2., the analysis of prejudice and its conclusion. Because I agree with the conclusion reached in part I.B.l. of the discussion— that the trial did not err in admitting defendant’s gang affiliation statements during booking—I see no need to continue with a separate analysis of prejudice based on hypothetical error, and will refrain from doing so here.
