## Opinion text

O’NIELL, C. J.,
is of the opinion that the bond issue of $70,000, authorized by the election held on December 26, 1933, is invalid, because of the unreasonable length of time that elapsed after the election was held; and he is of the opinion that the prescription of 60 days is not applicable to this cause of invalidity.
