HAMITER, Justice
(dissenting).
I agree with the conclusion of the Court of Appeal, together with the well considered reasons assigned therefor, that the impact between the truck and road bed, *536 which occurred because of a mechanical failure respecting the machine, did not constitute a collision within the meaning of the policy. Hence, I think that the judgment of that court should be affirmed.
I respectfully dissent.
