I respectfully dissent for the reasons set forth in my opinion in Sand v. Superior Court (1983) 34 Cal.3d 567, 576 [ 194 Cal.Rptr. 480 , 668 P.2d 787 ].
The application of petitioner Corenevsky for a rehearing was denied August 9, 1984.
