By Burpord, C. J.:
I concur in the results in this case, but not for the reasons stated in the opinion. In mv judgment the act of the legislature authorizing the removal of the county seat in this case, is' unauthorized, and is of no force or effect, and the plaintiff cannot maintain any action under its provisions. The demurrer was rightfully-sustained.
