## Opinion text

ZAPPALA, Justice,
concurring.
I join the Opinion of the Court. I note again, however, that we are not called upon to, nor do we, address the substantive issue of whether the Appellant is qualified to hold the Office of District Justice, much less the more fundamental question *210 whether this Court could establish such qualifications under our “general supervisory and administrative authority over all the courts and justices of the peace,” Pa. Const., Art. V, § 10(a).
