## Opinion text

*198 COLINS, President Judge,
dissenting.
I must respectfully dissent to the majority opinion. It is my belief that lawn and garden tractors of the size in the instant matter would fall within the definition of “motor vehicles.”
Therefore, I believe that the displaying of these vehicles within the front yard setback area of the property is a violation of the local zoning ordinances, and I would affirm the Court of Common Pleas of Cen-tre County.
