## Opinion text

Separate Concurring Opinion
Me. Justice Chattiw.
It is clear to me Section 6 of Article 2 of the Constitution authorizes the Legislature to form single county *582 and multiple county Senatorial Districts. The Section is explicit in prohibiting a division of a county in forming a Senatorial District and thus applies to both a single county and a multiple county Senatorial District.
Accordingly, I concur in the opinion written for the Court by my Associate, Mr. Justice Creson.
