JASMINE, J.,
concurs with reasons:
|,1 agree with the majority’s decision resulting in the affirmation of defendant’s convictions; however in my opinion, defendant’s claim of ineffective assistance of counsel would be best handled in an application for post-conviction relief which would include an evidentiary hearing.
