## Opinion text

BROWN, CHIEF JUDGE,
dissenting.
| Louisiana imposes UM coverage notwithstanding the language in the policy. Louisiana has a strong public policy favoring UM coverage. As stated by the trial court, Duncan v. U.S.A.A. Ins. Co., supra,, requires that a UM rejection form must be fully completed according to statutory re *872 quirements set forth in La. R.S. 22:680. In this case, the UM rejection form was not completed. See Gingles v. Dardenne, 08-2995 (La.03/13/09), 4 So.2d 799 .
