VAN der VOORT, Judge,
dissenting:
I respectfully dissent. If the evidence presented by the plaintiff is believed it seems to me to clearly establish negligence and proximate cause as to Dr. Clifton F. West, Jr. I would remove the non-suit as to Dr. West, order a new *367 trial as to the action against him and would affirm the decisions in the lower court as to the other parties to the action.
