ON MOTION FOR REHEARING
The Appellee’s Motion for Rehearing is granted.
Upon further consideration, the dissenting opinion authored by Chief Justice Pres-lar, filed April 30,1975, is substituted as the opinion of this Court controlling the disposition of this case. For the reasons stated in such dissenting opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
