EDMONDS, J., Concurring.
I concur in the judgment because I am in accord with the holding of my associates that the instructions relating to the allowable speed of automobiles under stated conditions were prejudicially erroneous. However, I do not agree with their conclusions concerning the instruction relating to the presumption of due care.
