## Opinion text

BIRD, C. J.
I concur in the opinion of the court. In light of the highly unusual facts of this case, there was probable cause to search the Sullivan Ranch mess hall. Those facts include the discovery of eight dead bodies on the ranch the day before the warrant issued and the reasonable belief that a maniacal killer was loose. Fortunately, such circumstances are extremely rare. The uniqueness of this particular set of facts makes this case sui generis and of limited precedential value.
