RICHARDSON, J.
I concur in the result because, although the question is close, the totality of evidence does not so clearly indicate petitioner’s lack of “good moral character” as to deny him admission to the Bar. In such cases I believe that all reasonable doubts should be resolved in favor of the applicant.
