SIMMS, Justice,
concurring in part, dissenting in part:
I concur in the conclusion reached by the majority in affirming the trial court on the issue of custody.
*485 I dissent to that portion of the majority opinion remanding the issue of support obligation. I would affirm the trial court in all respects.
