Schwellenbach, C.J.
(concurring in the result) — I am in sympathy with the views expressed in Judge Finley’s dissent, but feel that the repeated decisions of this court interpreting the host-guest statute preclude a result other than that arrived at by the majority.
If the injustices enumerated by Judge Finley are to be relieved, it will require legislative action.
