## Opinion text

McCOMB, J.—I dissent.
I would reverse the judgments for the reasons stated by Mr. Justice Ashburn in the opinion *67 prepared by him for the District Court of Appeal in Texas Co. v. County of Los Angeles and Forster Shipbuilding Co. v. County of Los Angeles, (Cal.App.) 333 P.2d 97 .
Appellants’ petitions for a rehearing were denied May 20, 1959. McComb, J., was of the opinion that the petitions should be granted.
