[¶ 33] Except for my previously stated disagreements with Stout v. Stout and its progeny, see, e.g., Stout v. Stout, 1997 ND 61, ¶¶ 60-70 , 560 N.W.2d 903 (Sandstrom, J., dissenting), I agree with the opinion of the Court.
