O’Connor, J., specially concurring: .1 agree with the result reached and what is said in the foregoing opinion, but prefer the statement of the Parol Evidence Rule as found in section 275, 1 Greenleaf on Evidence, 13th ed., and other authorities, to section 237, above quoted from Volume 1 of Bestatement of the Law on Contracts.
