HOOK, Circuit Judge
(specially concurring). In the charge of the Circuit Court, the guaranty company was held responsible for the failure of the acting paying teller to exercise a higher degree of care in the performance of his duties than that contemplated by the express language of the. bond. For this reason I concur in the reversal.
