Per Curiam.
The judgment under review herein should be affirmed, for the reasons expressed in the opinion delivered by Mr. Justice Kalisch in the Sujrreme Court, eo nomine Durkin v. Fire Commissioners of Newark, 89 N. J. L. 468.
