SCHULTZ, Justice
(dissenting).
The trial court found that decedent did not intend to change his designation of beneficiary. I believe this was a finding of fact which was supported by substantial evidence. The majority opinion wrongly concludes this was a legal conclusion which *447 we may change on appeal. I would affirm the trial court.
