## Opinion text

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge,
concurring in the result.
I concur in the result to reverse the trial court’s judgment. I write specially to “again remind the Bench and Bar that ‘there is no such filing as a “motion to reconsider” under our Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure.’ ” Henderson v. Koveleski, 717 So.2d 803 , 805 n. 2 (Ala.Civ.App.1998) (quoting Pelfrey v. State Dep’t of Indus. Relations, 659 So.2d 671 , 672 n. 1 (Ala.Civ.App.1995)).
