## Opinion text

LYONS, Justice
(concurring in the result).
I concur in the result because I cannot find in the Rules Governing Admission to the Alabama State Bar anything providing that membership in good standing in the bar of another state is a jurisdictional prerequisite for a determination by the Character and Fitness Committee of one’s eligibility to apply for admission to the Alabama State Bar when the would-be applicant has previously been admitted to the bar of another state.
HOUSTON, J., concurs.
