## Opinion text

PER CURIAM.
We affirm the order revoking defendant’s probation, but remand with directions to delete the second violation from the written order. We also direct the court to delete the reference to defendant’s failure to file a written report in October, when he was in custody.
AFFIRMED.
POLEN, FARMER and GROSS, JJ., concur.
