ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge,
dissenting.
While the Reduction in Force Policy may have been revised in accordance with § 16-11-18, Ala.Code 1975,1 question whether the policy complies with the Fair Dismissal Act. Consequently, I do not think summary judgment was proper in this case, therefore, I respectfully dissent.
