I respectfully dissent for the reasons previously expressed in Crockerham v. Weyerhaeuser Holden Wood Products , 2016-0331 (La. App. 1st Cir. 6/2/17), 223 So.3d 533 , writ denied , 2017-1121 (La. 10/27/17), 228 So.3d 1232 .
