PER CURIAM.
We grant the petition for writ of habeas corpus insofar as it requests a belated appeal. The trial court order on Appellant’s motion “for mitigation of sentence or in the alternative, motion to vacate and set aside judgment and conviction and withdrawal of plea” is affirmed.
