In re Brown, Ranee; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Caddo, 1st Judicial District Court, Div. “G”, No. 132238; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 21322-KH.
Granted. Relator’s multiple offender sentence imposed in connection with his guilty plea conviction of the second of two forcible rape charges is set aside and the case is remanded to the trial court for sentencing in accordance with law. State v. Porter, 573 So.2d 1106 (La.1991).
