KLEES, Judge,
concurring in part and dissenting in part.
I agree with the majority in its affirmation of the award for back wages and refusal to award penalties.
*647 I dissent from the majority in its refusal to award attorney’s fees. “Attorneys fees are mandatory in the event of an employee’s ‘well founded’ suit for unpaid wages.” Mondy v. Robin Towing Corp., 441 So.2d 361 (La.App. 5th Cir.1983).
