ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING
PER CURIAM.
On application for rehearing the defendants contend that this court erréd by fail *1322 ing to give deference to the Authority s interpretation of the Act. We wish to specifically state that this court did give great weight to that interpretation. We simply found it to be wrong.
OPINION EXTENDED; APPLICATION FOR REHEARING OVERRULED.
