DOMENGEAUX, Judge.
For the reasons assigned in the case of Richard J. Keller, et al v. Firemen’s Pension & Relief Fund for the City of Lake Charles, La.App., 407 So.2d 1302 , the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Plaintiff is to pay all costs in both courts insofar as they are assessable to him under the law.
AFFIRMED.
