PER CURIAM.
Our study of the briefs of the parties and consideration of the record convince us that *450 the appellants have failed to demonstrate any reversible error in the decision of the Hearing Officer of the Division of Administrative Hearings. Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
