PER CURIAM.
Since we find material issues of fact bearing on the existence of “probable cause,” the decision of the First District Court of Appeal, 360 So.2d 1251 , is quashed and the case remanded to the trial court. City of Pensacola v. Owens, - So.2d -, No. 53,795 (Fla. Feb. 1, 1979).
