SCHOTT, Judge,
concurring.
I was not a member of the panel which heard this ease when it was here on appeal from a judgment maintaining exception of no cause of action and I do not necessarily agree with that opinion.
However, the law of the case doctrine makes it unnecessary for me to consider the issues which were resolved by this court in our earlier opinion and compel at this time a conclusion that the judgment appealed from be affirmed.
