In re: Cindy Malvo applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 343 So.2d 1178 , Third Circuit, Parish of Calcasieu.
Application denied; there was no error below on the constitutionality of the commitment statute; the showing made does not convince us that relator’s due process rights were violated in the application of the statute. O’Connor v. Donaldson, 422 U.S. 563 , 95 S.Ct. 2486 , 45 L.Ed.2d 396 is distinguishable.
