TYSON, Judge
(concurring specially).
Whatever misgivings the Court of Crimi-mal Appeals may have had with reference to the admission of “other hard drugs” in a possession case, were resolved by a divided (5^1) Supreme Court of Alabama in Brantley v. State, 294 Ala. 344 , 317 So.2d 345 .
OPINION EXTENDED; APPLICATION OVERRULED.
