In re: Dennis Sears applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Mandamus, and Prohibition.
Writ denied. There is no showing to warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction. The case relied upon, Sanders v. United States, 373 U.S. 1 , 83 S.Ct. 1068 , 10 L.Ed.2d 148 is distinguishable.
