In re: T. Scott McVea, Percy Carruth, Malcolm Wascom, J. M. Holloway, E. L. Green and William M. Morgan, Jr., applying for w-rits of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.
Writ denied. Applicants have an adequate remedy by appeal. This court will not exercise its supervisory jurisdiction in such a case in the absence of palpable error, irreparable injury or great harm and where an element of time is involved.
