## Opinion text

PEARSON, Judge
(dissenting).
I find myself in agreement with a great deal that is said in the majority opinion. But I would reverse appellant’s conviction because I think that when an accused says he wants a lawyer that all interrogation should stop until he is furnished a lawyer. Wakeman v. State, Fla.App. 1970, 237 So.2d 61 . If the State is to furnish lawyers, then the only workable way is to get a lawyer to the accused when he can he helpful.
