PER CURIAM.
Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion to dismiss the complaint granted, unless plaintiff shall, within 60 days after filing the order herein, give a bond as additional security upon the attachment in the sum of §3,000. See, also, 131 App. Div. 909 , 115 N. Y. Supp. 1113 .
