On Application for Rehearing.
PER CURIAM.
In this case, it is ordered that the decree heretofore handed down be in so far amended as that it is now ordered that the appeal herein be dismissed, instead of being transferred to the Court of Appeal, the right being reserved to the plaintiff to apply for a rehearing, with respect to the amendment so ordered, within the usual delay.
