The opinion of the court was delivered by
Woodward, J.
— “Worrying sheep,” an offence under our dog law, was well defined by the learned judge of the Common Pleas. We have no doubt the legislative intention and the popular understanding were correctly expounded, and we affirm the judgment for the reasons given.
