Concurring Opinion by
Mr. Justice Benjamin R. Jones:
I concur simply in the result reached by the majority of the Court, a result, in my opinion, required by Board of Public Education v. Beilan, 386 Pa. 82 , 125 A, 2d 327, affirmed 357 U. S. 399 , 2 L. Ed. 1414 .
