## Opinion text

Per Curiam,
This case depended on a question of fact which was properly *298 submitted to the jury and has been definitively settled by their verdict. There was no error in the admission or rejection of evidence, nor in the court’s instructions to the jury. We find nothing in the record that requires discussion.
Judgment affirmed.
