Cohalan, J. (dissenting).
I dissent. On the authority of Mendel v. Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. (25 N Y ,2d 340), the order under review should be reversed, the plaintiffs’ motion denied and the cross motion of defendant Bock Laundry Machine Company granted.
